Race Committee is a web app that helps race committees record finishes and publish standings for sailing regattas. By creating an account or accessing a regatta you agree to these terms.
You own the regatta data you enter. We store it on your behalf so the tool can do its job. You can delete any regatta you created at any time from its Settings page. See the Privacy notice for more on what’s collected and where it lives.
Don’t use Race Committee to:
During beta, paid plans are advertised but not yet enforced. Every account currently gets the same effective access. When billing turns on we’ll give existing users meaningful notice and a chance to subscribe or stay on the free tier. Free is 2 regattas per calendar year; Pro is $9.99/mo for unlimited.
Race Committee is provided as-is during beta. We make a real effort to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uptime, OCR accuracy, or data retention against unforeseen events. Don’t use this tool as your sole record of a championship-level regatta — keep a paper backup.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above.
We’ll update these terms as we approach release. Material changes will be announced via the email address on file.
