One layout per job — check-in, finish card, scratch sheet. Works for one-design or PHRF; leave the rating / finish-time columns blank when they don’t apply. Print to fill in by hand, or download the .xlsx and fill in on a laptop. Upload the finished sheet back on your event’s Roster tab.

Check-in
Once per race day. Captures who actually showed up — sail/boat #, skipper, and PHRF rating if applicable.
Check-in sheet
Race-day sign-in. Captures sail/boat #, skipper, and PHRF rating per row — leave the rating blank (or write N/A) for one-design fleets.
Finish cards
One per race. Captures finish order (and times for PHRF). Photograph or upload after each race.
Finish card — single race
One race per sheet. Works for one-design or PHRF, single class or many. Leave Class blank if every boat is in the same class on this race; leave Finish time blank for one-design.
Scratch sheets
One-design only. Whole day or whole series night on a single sheet — fill in race-by-race, upload once. PHRF series should upload one finish card per race instead.
Day scratch sheet — One-design
Whole day on one sheet for one-design fleets — rows = boats, columns = position per race (up to 8). PHRF events should instead upload one finish-card per race; corrected-time math across a grid is too lossy to recover from.
Series scratch sheet — One-design
One sheet per series night for one-design fleets. Rows = skippers; columns = position per race that night (up to 6). Same PHRF guidance as the day sheet — use the per-race finish card for handicap series.

Append ?event=<regatta-code> to any template URL to pre-fill the regatta name, organizer, and date. Excel downloads accept the same query params and pre-fill the metadata cells.
